Bellydance at Ithaca Festival

Swell the Ithaca Festival is over. Julie and I holded very much of playfulness. On Saturday afternoon there were two consecutive bellydance performances that Julie and I attended in the Ithaca Green. The first was a joint performance by June Seaney's two companies, Chandani and Ishtar 's Daughters. Julie and I got there a trifle early and bumped good places near the forepart. While we were sitting there waiting for the performance to commence, a chap sitting to my left turned to me and told, `` I make n't cognize about this. Some of these exotic dancer look rather old! '' I was a bit spot stunned by this crass remark, but I merely responded, `` Well in bellydancing there are no age limitations. You chance all ages bellydancing, from adolescents to women in their 80s. '' He stated `` Well I conceive that they all ought to be beautiful, and they all ought to be under 30. Right after June and her terpsichorean got maked there was another bellydance performance at the opposite terminal of the Green, by the company Mirage. Julie and I hold rather a long history with Mirage, since she utilized to dance with them a couple of eld ago and I employed to make some drumming with them ( which is how Julie and I foremost encountered ). While we were watching the Mirage terpsichorean do I detected three cats standing following to me who looked like Arabs, they were speaking among themselves in what sounded like it could be Arabic.
