Commencing Dominion day, 2009, participants hold 1 month to do a cinematic chef-d'oeuvre ( 3 transactions or less ) and direct a transcript on DVD to Three-Minute Headquarters: c/o Camille Verboort Letter box 401019 San Francisco, Calcium 94140. Pictures must be done during the month of July 2009 specifically for the Three-Minute Movie Festival. No antecedently done flicks will be accepted. Entry fee.
