I hold holded such a merriment weekend in Seattle! I took the float airplane down from Victoria 's interior seaport over to Kenmore on Thursday and it was fantastic. Plus I got to sit on the H2O basking the sun while waiting for my aeroplane to land. The image above was taken on Lake Washington after I landed. I love docks and boats and H2O suchly. Sat my sis and I hit the Seattle cheese festival at the Thruway Spot marketplace. Some were but importers; some were from other parts of united states, like Wisconsin and UT; and there were some booths corresponding what we were verily interested in artisinal cheesemakers from local Washington province farms. We holded some rattlingly good cheese and we holded some that was not so good, despite the `` award-winning '' confidences.
We aroused purchasing three cheeses, some good crusted olive breadstuff from the French bakeshop and muscatel from one of the greengrocers there in the marketplace. You can see the cheeses supra. We purchased two from Willapa Hills Farmstead Cheese ( done from unpasteurised milk! ): Little Boy Blueness and a savory soft yogurt cheese. While visually I chance the Little Boy Blueness aggressively moldy ( as you can see by the Grey stippled rind ) it holded great texture and feel. The soft spreadable cheese was really good excessively, merely the rather thing I wish.
