Paul, Sarah and I corresponded our schoolroom at the Occident Seattle Sustainability Festival this last Sun. It was such a great community event. We spoke to so many concerned people and got some substitute thoughts for for our school and category. We likewise were able to share our thoughts and patterns with everyone who came past to see.

The first talker of the day was Jim McDermott. It was so great to hear him utter. Our class sent letters to him earlier this year and he responded in such a personal way. During his address, he verbalise about how democracy is such a slow procedure because so many voices ask to be heard. This reminded me of what we attempt to attain in the schoolroom and what we continuously ask to work toward on a day-by-day ground.
